2frozen figs
1/4frozen banana
1/2cupchilled green tea
1/4cupfrozen coconut chunks
1/2tspAshwaganda
1/2tspRhodiola
1Foursigmatic Cordyceps Packet
1tspPumpkin Spice
1Blue Majik Capsule
1tspOrganic Gemini Tigernut and Pea Protein Smoothie Mix
2tspvanilla extract
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender. (Put dry ingredients at the end so they don't get stuck to the bottom of the blender)
Blend for about a minute, depending on how you like your smoothie consistency.
